Two programs at the same monthly price can cost very differently once you count what's bundled and what's billed on top.
The advertised monthly figure is not always the whole cost. A compounded tirzepatide program can involve several components, and whether each is bundled or billed separately is what determines your effective price.

As of July 2026, NexLife advertises an inclusive flat rate ($186–$215/month) covering medication, provider oversight, lab review and Care360 coaching, and Trimi similarly advertises all-inclusive pricing. Membership-model providers such as Mochi may price coaching and access as a membership with the medication handled separately — a different structure that can suit some patients better. Neither approach is wrong; they're just not directly comparable until you total everything.
Build a simple all-in figure for each provider: medication + visits + labs + shipping at your expected dose and plan length. Compare those totals rather than the advertised headline.
