Provider Scoring System
The exact weights used to score every provider. These are fixed in advance and applied identically to all providers, including NexLife.
Quick Answer
Each provider is scored out of 100 across eight weighted categories. The weights are public and unchanging. A provider only receives a numeric score once we have actually evaluated its verified data; until then we show “Score pending verification” rather than invent a number.
| Category | Weight |
|---|---|
| Pricing transparency | 20 |
| Dose pricing clarity | 20 |
| Included clinical support | 15 |
| Pharmacy transparency | 15 |
| State availability clarity | 10 |
| Cancellation/refund clarity | 10 |
| Safety/disclaimer quality | 5 |
| Ease of verification | 5 |
| Total | 100 |
Rules
- No provider can pay to change a weight, a score, or a category award.
- Scores are published only after real evaluation of verified data; otherwise the page shows “Score pending verification.”
- Every score links to the underlying source-archive entries that produced it.
- We do not emit
RevieworAggregateRatingschema unless a visible, real score exists on the page.
