Providers and pharmacies can request a re-check of their published information.

How it works

Submit your current public pricing and source links. We re-verify against your live page and update the “last checked” date. Requests do not change rankings — the public methodology does.

Request form

Submissions are emailed to semaglutidepriceguide@gmail.com. Replace the form endpoint with your own Formspree ID (or the included Cloudflare Pages Function) before launch.
